Thriving financial services firm in SoHo is seeking a Trading Floor Assistant to join their team. This role will support a team in NYC and a couple executives remotely. Day to day duties include phone management, expense processing, ordering lunches and scheduling conference rooms. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' administrative assistant experience in a professional services environment. Bachelor's Degree is required. Hours are 8:30am-6pm plus accessible after hours. Salary is up to 85K plus bonus and paid overtime.
