Our client, a growing brokerage firm in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to start asap and commit through the end of February. Day to day duties will include meeting and greeting guests, taking messages, answering phones, setting up conference rooms, handling mail, stocking supplies, helping bind presentations and other ad hoc tasks. Ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in an office or customer service role, and will be thorough, detailed and have a sense of urgency. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm with a half hour lunch break. Also must be flexible for overtime. Hourly rate is based on experience.
