We are a growing company working with fashion and home retail/e-commerce brands, seeking a polished, professional Showroom & Brand Representative to represent our company during client meetings, showroom visits, and remote brand management.
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where you will be the public face of the brand. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership team to support client onboarding, brand presentation, and day-to-day client communications.
What You’ll Do:
Represent the company professionally during showroom visits, client meetings, and virtual presentations Manage client communications, follow-ups, and brand information remotely using systems like Box, email, and scheduling tools
Maintain organized and accurate client data, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Support onboarding of new clients and help maintain a consistent brand image
Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Opportunity to contribute to sales growth by assisting with client upsells and brand promotion
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Strong communication and presentation skills Professional, polished appearance suitable for representing fashion and home brands
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage client data, files, and follow-ups remotely
Experience managing client communications and follow-ups Sales experience or strong client relationship skills a plus Confidence in high-visibility client interactions Ability to work independently from home with reliable computer setup for email, calls, data entry, and scheduling
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday– Thursday
First 90 days: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
After 90 days: Full-time 8-hour shifts
Primarily remote, with 3– days per week in NYC for showroom and client visits
Full-day client visits alongside the CEO as scheduled
Compensation:
$27/hour + $400 bonus per client assisted
