General computer skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients while answer phones and performing client intake.
Problem solving skills
High School Diploma or GED required.
Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g. computers, copiers, printers)
Ability to work independently and make decisions with little guidance
