Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Midtown
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and a self starter.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform administrative duties, including typing letters and other documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Must be fluent in either Punjabi or Hindi to communicate effectively with clients and customers.
- Experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite a plus.
