Boutique litigation firm in Lower Manhattan, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and correspondence.
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and office workflow.
Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
Assist with file management and organization of case materials.
Answer phones and perform general administrative duties.
Maintain a professional and polished demeanor with clients, staff, and the public.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (required).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a legal or professional office preferred but not required.
