As our Office Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the building. While some tasks involve front-facing duties with clients and staff, the role is primarily independent. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, with management providing necessary oversight. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the residence building and ensure day-to-day activities are being completed by staff.
- Maintain rental report spreadsheets to keep track of residents, rentals, and other required information.
- Direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Conduct room tours for new residents and assist with coordinating resident issues/maintenance requests.
- Accept and manage deliveries to the building; sort mail.
- Provide administrative assistance to, and communicate regularly with, the management team.
**Schedule & Compensation:**
- Monday-Friday; 8 AM-5 PM
- Compensation: Depending on experience
**Candidate Requirements:**
- High school diploma or adequate experience.
- Ability to read and write proficiently in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
