We are a fast-growing logistics and fulfillment company working with major retail and e-commerce brands. We are looking for a professional, well-presented Client Relations & Office Assistant to support our NYC client visits and daily follow up.
This role includes:
• phone calls & follow up
• emails and scheduling
• joining our CEO for client office meetings in
NYC (Midtown)
• taking notes & preparing summaries
• assisting with client onboarding
• organizing information and next steps
• light sales support
• building strong client relationships
We are looking for someone:

organized and reliable
comfortable speaking with executives
confident in office environments
friendly and positive attitude
Pay:
$27 /hour DOE
• $400 bonus for every client you help close
