Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients in a fast-paced Midtown office. This role requires a strong hospitality mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure a positive and seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients with professionalism and warmth
Provide front-facing client support with a hospitality-focused approach
Manage and set up Zoom meetings and conference room scheduling
Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings
Perform basic data entry and Microsoft Word tasks
Multitask effectively in a busy office environment
Maintain a prompt, reliable, and polished presence
Qualifications:
Hospitality or customer-facing background preferred
Well-spoken, professional, and client-focused demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using Zoom and basic Microsoft Office applications
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
