Our client seeks a Front Desk Receptionist for their corporate bank headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities include: greeting and directing visitors, covering telephone switchboard; light concierge (providing visitors with transportation and meal options); and maintaining the corporate culture's high standards for all client interactions.
Requirements include: 2 years of reception or hospitality experience (e.g., office receptionist or hotel front desk); MS Office Suite; polished and professional presentation; an outgoing, collaborative personality with the ability to establish meaningful contact with clients immediately; and the demonstrated capacity for quickly grasping corporate protocols.
Must be available to work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Shifts are typically 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm but may occasionally vary slightly earlier or later. Applicants must have full daytime availability.
Assignment is of ongoing (indefinite) duration with possibility of leading to permanent employment at a later date.
