About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support me directly (owner/operator) of a growing bakery café business on the Upper West Side and Upper East Side. This is a basic administrative support role focused on organization, follow-ups, and keeping daily tasks on track.
This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate, student, or recent graduate who is organized, responsible, and wants steady work in a small business environment.
Schedule
Part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week
Consistent schedule
Some flexibility during busy periods
Compensation
Up to $20 per hour
Paid consistently and on time
Responsibilities
Email monitoring and basic correspondence
Calendar scheduling and reminders
Organizing documents, invoices, and paperwork
Data entry and simple record keeping
Following up on tasks and emails as directed
Helping keep systems organized
General administrative support as needed
