Key Responsibilities EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES LONG TERM TEMPORARY
• Provide administrative support for planning team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking/sending meeting minutes, and co-maintaining project timelines.
• Manage and organize communications and calendar invitations
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate conference records.
• Support the conference coordination including logistics for staff and participants.
• Maintain shared files and resources, ensuring documents are current and accessible to team members.
• Provide day-of-event support, including check-in, material distribution, and assisting staff and participants.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the success of projects.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior administrative, events, or nonprofit experience preferred.
$30 an hour , 35 Hour week. Paid weekly through NYC Staffing Firm.
