Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Handle Owner’s emails (Outlook Email & Calendar)
Schedule appointments
Create proposals, Follow Up Proposals
Coordinate messengers & pickup of drawings / paperwork
Filing, Scanning
Keep office organized.
Maintain task schedule of client jobs.
Coordinate website blog.
Coordinate with expeditors, architects, developers, construction managers, landlords/building managers to secure the appointment.

DOB NOW/DOB Forms TR1/TR8 submission. (will teach)
Skills/Requirements:
2 Years’ Experience as Administrative Assistant Prefer
2 Year Business Degree
Outlook Email and Calendar
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, E-Mail, Power Point and Adobe (full version)
Evernote
Building block (program, will teach)
Good written and spoken English skills, oral communication skills.
A positive attitude
Superb attention to details, personal organization
Plenty of initiative
