A growing New York City based IT Consulting Company seeks to hire a full time, in-office/remote Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for tech a Savvy Assistant well organized individual to assist with daily administrative duties. The Assistant will help with data entry, client communications, vendor communications, project organization, Tech scheduling and other daily tasks.
Responsibilities -
Answer calls, emails, text messages and business WhatsApp
Route communication to corresponding department/person
Assist with bookkeeping data entry
Requirements -
Experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks
Computer / Tech savvy.
