We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, friendly well-spoken individual to perform basic reception / admin duties in a professional, high end working environment for an executive office suite firm in midtown NYC.
REQUIREMENTS:
--Outstanding organizational / communication skills

--Experience answering phones in a busy environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
--Answer incoming phone calls to be fielded to appropriate client extension
--Sort mail for over 100 clients
--Ensure kitchen pantry and conference rooms are stocked and ready for use
--Address all clients, prospects, co-workers and direct supervisors in a professional manner via communication over the phone, in-person or via e-mail
--Welcome/greet anyone passing through the receptionist area
--Notify clients when their visitors arrive
--Complete any assigned tasks as requested by clients and direct supervisors
--Inform Clients of packages received via FedEx/UPS/Certified.
--Perform basic billing and data entry for over 100 clients
--Maintain a polished, professional demeanor at all times for all prospects and clients
--Handle day to day interaction with clientele.
