Business Manager wanted (NYC/Boston)

The music Business is just that.... a business. Many very talented musicians will not be heard because of lack of business knowledge. At the same time various mediocre artists are very successful because of business acumen. The "music business" is in flux right now and several variations are waiting to be settled in this age of digital down loads and shows and festivals and bars and meager radio play. But there is a way, and those that succeed in these times can count themselves among the fortunate.
I've been around awhile and played coast to coast as well as Hawaii, Canada and England and more, and I play because I love it. Through thousands of shows and venues in different states and places in many different bands for many years the sounds of our times have echoed. Bands I've been in had management for the band at certain times and others not at all. In my career I have been missing a Manager and to me that's a great part of any professional musicians marketability. So I'm looking for a Man/Woman/Company that can help me step up my game, and provide assistance in personal/business management.
