Clean, secure, low-traffic room in the world famous Music Building on 8th Ave. between 38th and 39th street. Room has 2 large windows with good natural light (facing 8th Avenue) -- also black out curtains if that is your thing. Room has PA with two main speakers and a vocal monitor, good sounding Yamaha house kit with stands, mics/mic cables/mic stands, guitar stands, keyboard stands, house bass amp, a couple house guitar amps, nice lighting and a great air conditioner. Room to store your gear as well. Room schedule is on Google calendar so it is easy to swap out times if necessary. Once you are in the room, happy to reschedule missed sessions and to allow extra sessions free of charge when room is available (as long as you don't want so many extra sessions that, in fairness, you should be paying for an extra slot).
In terms of evenings from 6 pm. on, room is OPEN as follows: Thursday 9-12, Saturday after 5:00 pm. Lots of availability weekdays before 6 p.m. Contact me with what you need and I'l find time for you.
We'll talk about how many people you've got, what gear you want to store, etc., but generally price range is from $175 (solo performer daytime) to $225 (full band evening slot) per month for a weekly three hour slot. Two or more slots will be discounted.
