Violin Condition: Excellent, defect-free. Like new - very minor traces of prior use.
Fittings: original high grade ebony fittings; upgraded with an integrated tailpiece with four tuners (Wittner, made in Germany).
Strings: brand new Thomastik-Infeld Dominant set (upgrade from the original Helicore strings).
Bow: Pernambuco.
Case: Yamaha V10 case in excellent condition. It comes with two backpack-style shoulder straps, violin blanket, and key.
Accessories: KUN shoulder rest in excellent condition; brand new rosin in wooden tray.
This is a high quality advanced violin that would be suitable for the serious student. The instrument is characterized by a rich and sweet, yet powerful sound. The violin "rings." Fully hand-carved from fine quality, thoroughly seasoned and aged woods. Features a high grade Spruce top and finely flamed Maple neck, back, and sides.
The violin is in excellent, near-mint condition. It was originally purchased in 2018 and has very little playing mileage on it. In my understanding, the case never left the owner's apartment - it is in superb condition inside and outside. The violin is defect free - there are no cracks, repairs, or any other structural defects - and is in near-perfect condition cosmetically. The violin is upgraded with Thomastik-Infeld Dominant strings and Wittner integrated tailpiece.
