Business Coach looking for a part time Marketing Assistant who can take on various support work.

The position will entail such activities as:
Maintaining and communicating with registration lists and various databases
Managing email campaigns and event promotions
Uploading, downloading and potentially editing various media files - including audio and video
Handling the logistics and outreach for team and group coaching programs
Managing social media pages
Managing various platform and CRM dashboards, like Wordpress, 1Shoppingcart, Wishlist
Basic admin work, including running errands, answering messages, client correspondence, filing
Flexible hours, friendly environment, you get to work with the President of the company directly, telecommuting is available and you can support work that has a positive impact on the lives of others. While telecommuting is available, I would want you to be onsite at my home office in midtown east at least once a week. You can also learn about the seminar and coaching industries from the inside.
We teach excellence to others, so needless to say the standards are high here. You must be hard working, responsible, on time, reliable, and well spoken. Familiarity with how to manage various media files and spread sheets is preferred. Working knowledge of Wordpress and being Mac proficient are preferred as well.
The position starts at $20 an hour, with upside growth potential. Most of the work would be delegated on a project by project basis. Weekly hours will vary anywhere from 10 - 15 hours per week.
