e.terra Kitchen and Maiden Voyage Catering—two fast-growing, women-owned culinary/hospitality companies—are hiring a Junior Content Creator / Communications Coordinator to support our digital presence, storytelling, and communications across platforms.
If you’re creative, organized, social-media savvy, and love the food/hospitality world, this role might be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, newsletters & marketing materials
Manage social media calendars, daily posting & analytics
Write and edit copy for digital platforms, proposals & brand materials
Capture content at events, kitchen activity & brand activations
Support newsletters, promotions & digital marketing campaigns
Collaborate with external SEO partners and provide direction/feedback
Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms
Assist with project coordination, asset organization & vendor communication
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years in communications, content creation, marketing, or social media
Strong writing, editing & storytelling skills
Proficient in Canva & Adobe Photoshop
Strong team and people collaboration skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Familiar with best practices for LinkedIn, IG, TikTok
Passion for food, hospitality, and creative brand storytelling
Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive
