I own a small independent wine boutique in Manhattan and I’m looking for an individual who specializes in increasing foot traffic and community engagement for brick-and-mortar retail businesses.
Rather than a traditional marketing agency relationship, I’m looking for a hands-on marketing partner who enjoys building local buzz and driving measurable growth.
At the moment, I’m offering a performance-based compensation structure: a percentage of proven incremental sales growth generated by your marketing efforts. This means your earnings grow directly with the success of the campaigns you create.
To ensure fairness and transparency, you will have access to the top-line revenue numbers from my Profit & Loss reports so any increase in sales can be clearly measured.
I’m particularly interested in someone who has experience with:
Marketing for brick-and-mortar businesses in Manhattan
Retail, hospitality, or liquor/wine store marketing
Increasing store foot traffic
Grassroots marketing, neighborhood events, partnerships, or experiential campaigns
Creative local promotion strategies
Please reply with:
A short introduction
Your experience with retail or local marketing
Examples of campaigns or businesses you’ve helped grow
Whether you have worked with liquor stores or wine shops before
This is a great opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to build something measurable and share in the upside of real growth.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
