#1 ROLE: Marketing Role:
ARE YOU DYNAMIC? Website has done it's job. Emails have been sent to target populations(s). People have expressed interest.
CAN YOU CLOSE THE DEAL NOW? I NEED SIGN-UPS. Must be energetic and convincing.
#2 ROLE: Office Manager Role:
I am looking for an office person who has a great phone demeanor, is highly organized, is capable of multi-tasking, has office experience (billing and insurance verifications) and can learn quickly. Initially, it will be a part time position. Willing to train the right person.

• Billing
• Text message reminders to clients for weekly appointments
• Update all new insurances and update insurances monthly
• Send all intake paperwork to new clients (via email)
• Schedule appointments for new clients
• Print out all new intake paperwork – or store in a data base
• Post insurance payments to visits (Scarlett Begonias Finances Excel form)
• Assist with Marketing (attorneys), Marketing (DBT Skills Group), Marketing (EMDR)
• Update Client Roster
• Filing (EOB’s and other filing)
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
