Diana is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching from Mexico, serving female clients across Manhattan, Greenpoint, and Williamsburg.
Inspired by her mother, Diana has dedicated her career to helping women over 40 build strength, sculpt amazing glutes, and achieve a fitter, more toned body. She specializes in strength training for active women who want lasting results, both in how they look and how they feel.
A passionate athlete herself, Diana was in the National selection of her state in swimming in Mexico, and now competes in Hyrox, an intense fitness competition combining 8 rounds of 1 km runs with 8 strength and endurance events in between.
Clients love Diana’s kindness, energy, and motivating personality, and are always looking forward to every session with her. An early bird who trains seven days a week and fully dedicated to helping as many women as possible.
