Office Assistant Needed – Help With Daily Mailings for Law Firm (Midtown NYC)
Our law firm is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with our daily marketing mailings. You’ll be responsible for printing letters, preparing envelopes, and ensuring that our materials are mailed out on time each day. You will be provided an excel sheet with daily mailings.
Location: Midtown Manhattan (office provided)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am until the day's job is complete. This is not set hours. Some days with higher mailing loads may require longer hours depending on the speed at which the applicant works. If interested please Email CV to admin@joneslawnyc.com. Pay: $20/hour Negotiable
Job Responsibilities:
Print marketing letters using the office printer
Fold, stuff, and seal envelopes
Affix postage and drop off mail daily
Keep track of supplies (paper, envelopes, ink, stamps) to inform the office of when supplies need to be ordered. Applicant must be able to stay ahead of this and not let products run out.
Requirements:
Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using basic computer and printer functions
Punctual and consistent—this is a daily routine task
Must be able to work on-site (not a remote position)
