We are looking for a reliable, skilled part-time handyman for side work. Some weeks are busier than others, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income.
💵 Pay: $75/hour (Venmo or direct deposit)
Note: As a company working with other businesses, we must follow their pay schedules. Payments are typically made within two weeks, sometimes sooner. Please be financially prepared for this timeline.
• 🧾 Materials purchased for jobs will be reimbursed
🕑 Schedule:
• Most jobs scheduled before 6 PM on weekdays
• Some weekend work may be available/required
🛠 Requirements:
✅ “No job too small” mentality
✅ Own tools + reliable transportation
✅ Skilled in routine apartment maintenance, including (but not limited to):
• 🚰 Plumbing
• 💡 Electrical
• 🎨 Painting
• 🪜 Drywall repair
• 🚪 Door installation/repairs
• 🔑 Lock/unlock services
• ➕ Other work as needed under routine maintenance
📱 Comfortable with smartphone use (texts, emails, before/after photos)
💬 Professional communication with tenants and clients
