We are seeking a reliable, experienced,10 years plus and hands-on Site Supervisor (Site Super) to oversee daily operations at our construction site. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site construction activities and crews.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Purchasing materials
Enforce health and safety standards and site regulations.
Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
Solve problems and handle site emergencies efficiently.
Ensure materials and equipment are used effectively.
Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
PC literate, assist in scheduling, daily pre-task paperwork, change orders, communicate with GC reps via email
Own iPad or laptop, SST scaffold worker wallet card, Site Supervisor card, SS# English speaker
