Responsibilities:
* Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of properties between guest stays
* Changing linens, making beds, and restocking supplies
* Reporting any damages or maintenance issues
* Ensuring the property is guest-ready to the highest standards
Requirements:
* Prior experience with Airbnb, vacation rentals, or hotels (strongly preferred)
* Open availability
* Ability to work quickly while maintaining excellent quality
* Ability to commute to Manhattan & Brooklyn with reliable transportation
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* BIG PLUS if you are Bilingual (Spanish & English) but not required.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience. 1099 contract position.
