We are looking for a candidate that will bring a long term value to the company. We need someone who can communicate well and is dependable. This could be part time or full time position.
Excellent Communication Skills: This person will need to communicate with management daily about the happenings at the property. This includes the ability to email, text, call in order to send pictures/videos and give updates.
Good Customer Service: This person will need to occasionally interact with tenants who need assistance at the property.
Basic Maintenance Skills: This person will be responsible for making sure vacated units are in good condition when tenants move in/out and anything else necessary to keep the facility in excellent condition and operational. For example: install an ac, able to drill a wall, etc.
This person will be our eyes & ears on the ground for the facility so they will need to be able to identify issues and communicate them well to management.
Other duties:
- Different day to day responsibilities
- Manage routine tasks delegated by owners
- Addressing tenant complaints
-Maintenance and basic repairs
- Conducting routine inspections
- Prepare vacant units
- Property upkeep and improvement
- Valid driver's license is a must.
- Having a vehicle is a plus.
- Carry weight and/or lift objects (light to heavy) weighing up to 50 pounds.
-Basic english knowledge.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday.
Weekend availability preferred.
