Hi — my name is Anthony.
I’m a 50-year-old lifelong athlete, certified personal trainer, and marathon coach based in Midtown Manhattan. After years in the corporate world, I made the decision to do what I truly love full-time: help people move better, feel stronger, and reach goals they never thought were possible.
I work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced weight lifter and runners.
A little about my background
Movement has always been part of my life:
• Gymnast, swimmer, and diver from early childhood
• Attended a performing arts high school for ballet and dance (modern, jazz, tap)
• Lifelong strength trainer
• Competitive and recreational marathon runner
That background gives me a unique eye for form, balance, mobility, and injury prevention — whether you’re lifting weights, running, or just getting started.

While I’m not a registered dietitian, I do provide practical, realistic nutrition guidance to support training and fat loss.
Training Location (Huge Bonus)
I live in Midtown, and all packages include access to my private gym — no additional membership required.
For runners, I’m also steps away from the West Side Highway, which is perfect for outdoor run sessions.
All packages include:
• Gym access
• Personalized programming during sessions
• Text/email support Monday–Saturday, 9am–5pm
• Shoe store walkthroughs (running shoes & training footwear)
• Grocery store walkthroughs (practical, realistic choices)
Running & Race Programming (Optional Add-On)
For clients training for races who want structured plans outside of sessions:
• 5K / 10K programming: $150–$200 per month
• Half / Full Marathon programming: $200–$300 per month
Includes:
• Weekly mileage & workout structure
• Pace guidance
• Adjustments based on recovery & performance
• Integration with in-person training (if applicable)
