Massage Therapy and Reiki, breath work (New York)

I’ve been practicing reiki, massage, breath work, movement for the past 10 years.
If you were to think of your body as water flowing in perfect unison with your higher self, over time you may develop blockages. In this healing session we will call upon your guides, ancestors, higher self and who ever you would like to call in to realign and balance your chakras and realign you with your purpose.
I offer reiki sessions with breath work, massage, guided meditation, movement and stretching.
I also offer reiki, breath work and guided meditation from a distance, via Zoom, phone call. How it’ll work, after you place your order I will send you a calandly link or message me for us to schedule your session and a link to get to know you and your healing journey before we begin and lastly, you will be emailed a link to join your session.
Sessions are 30 mins, 45 mins and 60 mins, if you’d like to add a guided meditation before we start the session will last for 1 hour.
