I've known Brent for a lonnnng time, and happily took him up on 4 weeks of free coaching when he reached out :). Despite it being a short-lived experience, Brent gave me a few simple, but effective pointers that I'll definitely continue to use going forward. I'm fairly happy overall with my fitness level atm, but I would certainly recommend Brent if you're looking to improve, or even just add a little accountability into your routine!

Legit. The only trainer I've had that I've felt comfortable with while simultaneously being pushed, and being pushed in a way that works for me.
