Moving: I’ve been a professional mover for 7yrs now. Small rooms all way up to 5 bedroom homes (I don’t have a vehicle) I can help pack your u-Haul truck. I have my own dolly that I can bring with me.
If you live in a building with no elevator, walk-ups will be extra

It’s because some of the items that you may have can be very heavy and gently carried down the stairs without making sure anything is damaged in the process. And that going back and forth burns a lot of energy.
