I am a meticulous, punctual, practical, detail oriented person, a hard worker and I approach things and solve problems with logic. My goal is to assist people with organization issues and find a solution. For best results your presence is required.
NOTE: Post Covid-19 PLEASE READ BELOW:
- If you have been traveling please wait at least a week and self test before scheduling appointments
- If you have been in contact with people who tested positive, same as above.
- I bring indoor shoes that are not worn outdoors and sanitized every night if needed.

By discussing your goals, problem areas and struggles I will be able to identify what your pain points are and come up with a solution. Communications is KEY! ***I don't offer free in home consultations***
NOTE: If the place is not clean or there is excessive trash you will have to use junk removal and/or cleaning services as those are outside my area of service.
I DO NOT CLEAN apartments.
I do not provide Housekeeping services.
I do not provide Handyman services.
I do not smoke and expect clients not to smoke in my presence.
No large dogs on premises while I am there, or must be in kennel.
I do not work in areas with bugs or mice infestations, including apartments.
ALSO: I CAN'T HELP YOU with hoarding issues. If you have attachments issues I can't make you discard items.
My DISCOUNTED Rates:
WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS
$120 Flat Fee for up to 5 hours (1 session/day) within the hours of 9-6 pm
$20 hour for 6+ hours sessions (1 session/day) within the hours of 9-6 pm
START TIME no later than 11:00 am.
If you require tailored hours including Holidays $30 and up hour is my regular rate and can be discussed.

DECLUTTERING -
I will help you go through items and discard what is no longer needed/liked
Assist you in finding suitable solution for donations
Note that Decluttering requires your presence as you are the one making decisions on what stays/goes, I cannot make you discard items unless you are willing to. Keep in mind that will affect the final result.
ORGANIZING
This is not picking up/tidying up, which people often confuse. The reason why you are constantly tidying might be a lack of organizational system, or place for your belongings. Organizing addresses this very issue. Tidying up at the end of the day will become a 5 minute routine.
MOVE MANAGEMENT
Assistance with packing/unpacking
Organizing and packing your belonging, and inventory for easy retrieval.
Note this is not a team but 1 person only, so it's limited to small spaces, or assisting self packers with larger spaces.
Unpacking and putting away your belongings in the new place.
Apartment set up (all small tasks needed to resume life in the new place)
Assistance with small Ikea furniture assembly.
I do not provide packing materials, LABOR ONLY. You will be responsible for providing all necessary packing materials.
HOME SALE PREP ASSISTANCE
Space decluttering and organizing to make your home more inviting, larger, brighter, more appealing and easier to sell.
Soft staging and de-personalization is part of this service.
TIME MANAGEMENT
If during our sessions I identify any issues with time management I can provide advice and some guidance in handling those issues. Oftentimes disorganization and time management issues go hand in hand. We can address both.
PAPER/MAIL DECLUTTERING/ORGANIZATION
This addresses the issue of piled up mails, emails, documents, assorted papers. We will sort, discard, shred, organize and file all your papers/mail and create a system for future incoming mail and papers so you can start fresh and will be able to keep up with it with a filing system that works for you.
CLOSET DESIGN CONSULTATION
If you are planning to redesign your existing closet, either with a contractor or DIY with Ikea or similar, I can assist with the design process and provide feedback and support having worked in many different closets of all sizes. I can assist you with inventory of items that needs space within the closet.
TRAVEL
I travel to most Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens neighborhoods. Staten Island if close to bus.
I will travel to some New Jersey locations if close to any Path Train (walking distance).
with a minimum of 6 hours session required, and TRAIN FARE covered by client.
Length of commute dictate in part hourly fees.
Same goes for areas that requires LIRR travel, train fare will be responsibility of client. I cover subway fare.
