Amazing furniture for NYC apartment living! This table is fully height adjustable from very low coffee table all the way to dining height, and extendable to seat up to ten. Makes your living space feel like a full dining room when open, and a cozy living room when closed. Table extensions are stored inside the table.

Closed table size: 47x31.5
Extended table size: 86x31.5
Height adjustable 11.5in to 30.5in

Coffee table and all mechanisms in excellent (like new) condition. Table extension leafs (there are 3) have some scuffs and imperfections, see final photo. They could certainly be refinished if desired, or covered with tablecloth (as we always did).
