Qualifications:
NYS Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Certified Personal Trainer (CSCS, CES, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
Experience in clinical, sports performance, or high-end fitness settings preferred
Strong understanding of corrective exercise, mobility, and client-centered programming
Professional, reliable, and coachable.
