This is a pair of luxurious drapes that were once part of a traditional townhouse in the Village that was restored. On the front side, they are a gold silk dupioni (raw silk). On the back side, they are the same yellow against white plaid, also 100% silk. They are trimmed in a yellow/green tassel fringe. (color in photos is a bit off. The front side is a golden/butter color.) On the back side are metal loops and a cord to provide that tailored gathering when pulling them open.
In between the front and back sides, is a layer of flannel to a) give body to the drapes and b) to insulate from cold/heat.

These are regal drapes, the kind that must be custom made, out of the best fabrics. They are quite long, made to fit a tall bay/pocket window.

They are in excellent condition, practically brand new.
