these are brand new loft beds built in my shop in the pocono moutains,, e very year we bring over 1000 lofts into the city. weather you have a very small apartment and need more floor space or you want a loft bed for your child this is the one. These hold a lot of weight very easily and were designed for 2 adults to use with a 600 lb weight rating nothing compares to these lofts. L shaped corners and a center support beam make these lofts very strong and very sturdy.. All lofts come with a ladder all parts are predrilled and labled . these lofts last for years and years not just a few short months like ikea beds.
