Just in time for the holidays and your extended table/extended family needs...
We are parting with our gorgeous "Archetype" Oval Extension Dining Table, designed by Michael Vanderbyl for Baker Furniture.
This sumptuous table looks gorgeous and served us well for many years. The Art Deco inspired design suits a variety of styles and decor. The tabletop has a lovely quarter sawn appearance and the classic square legs are tapered with castor feet. The overall style—and the additional two leaf extensions—make it a very versatile, adaptable table.
It is sturdy and structurally sound. The overall appearance and condition are good. There are some minor flaws and blemishes as well as wear to the edges. Additionally, the most noticeable imperfection is a deep scratch that is 5" long. We tried our best to show that in the pictures. It was something that never really bothered us since the scratch is still color correct, but we of course want any buyer to be aware of it. As you can see, the table still looks sharp as a tack with a lot of life left in it.
It is currently disassembled for pickup in Washington Heights (near 158th and Riverside). This table originally sold for $9000 new—We are asking $800 or your best offer. Thanks.
