This is an original promotional poster for the 1989 film "Longtime Companion," groundbreaking in its tale of how AIDS swept through a group of close gay friends in New York City. This poster was originally displayed at the now-closed Samuel Goldwyn Cinema at what was the Westside Pavilion mall in Los Angeles.

The poster was originally rolled, never folded, so it has no creases and is in excellent condition, with no obvious blemishes. It's 27" across x 39.5" tall, professionally mounted on foam core and framed in a striking 3/4" black aluminum and glass frame, ready to hang as is. Nothing additional needed.

This poster features actors Campbell Scott and Dermot Mulroney from the film's emotional final scene. Bruce Davison was nominated for several major awards for this film, including the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, and won the Golden Globe in that category.
