This new financial services project centers on the creation of financial opportunities crafted with our Reg. D. programs and campaigns.
The customer, a wealthy financial services company, purchased an inactive OTC shell.
The company is being brought current and will be so on the WY SOS and on EDGAR Next within the next seven business days.
At that point, the company anticipates a merger in order to take advantage of short term tax benefits that will become available to it.
The company is proceeding in parallel manner, with the re-activation of the OTC file, with the OTC services being provided by OTC super lawyer, Vic Devlaeminck.
