We’re PJ CLARKE’S — a fast-paced, flavor-packed, vibes-only kind of place. Think seasonal menus, bold ideas, and zero tolerance for bland food or boring shifts. We’re serious about our food, but we laugh a lot. (Mostly at our head chef’s dad jokes.)
Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
• Be the fearless #2 in our culinary command center
• Keep the kitchen vibes high and the ticket times low
• Mentor junior cooks like the culinary Yoda you are
• Taste everything (yes, everything)
• Help create dishes that make customers say “OMG” with their mouths full
You Are:
• A kitchen Jedi with 4+ years’ experience as a sous chef (or serious line cook cred)
• Cool under pressure (even when the fryer goes down)
• Organized, energetic, and obsessed with food
• A team player who knows a sharp knife and a sharp wit go hand in hand
Bonus points if you:
• Can quote Gordon Ramsay and Bob’s Burgers
• Have a signature dish that could win a street food showdown
• Know how to make staff meals that don’t suck
