The ideal candidate will have:
-1+ year host/hostess experience in upscale/fine dining (required)
-OpenTable proficiency for reservations, waitlist, quoting times, and table turns
-Strong floor-plan/rotation skills; accurate wait-time quoting and seating strategy
-Calm under pressure; proven guest recovery/conflict de-escalation skills
-Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication
-Strong phone etiquette
-Open availability, including evening shifts
-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
