Must be reliable, dedicated, organized, and able to preform with a sense of urgency
Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and classic cocktails
Ability to provide warm, attentive, and efficient guest service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work, mornings, nights, weekends, brunches
A MINIMUM of 2 years NYC RESTAURANT BARTENDING experience.
