We’re a small wine bar that takes our food seriously. We are looking for a Sous Chef who can hang with a talented crew, keep the kitchen tight, and help us keep pushing the envelope.

We don’t want a clipboard manager; we want a leader. If you’re the type of person who stays organized under pressure, keeps their station (and everyone else's) spotless, and actually enjoys mentoring cooks, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running the Floor: Guiding the line during service and making sure every plate is a 10/10.
The "Business" Side: Managing orders, staying on top of production, and keeping food waste to a minimum.
Keeping it Clean: We have high standards for sanitation and organization. If "good enough" isn't in your vocabulary, we want you.
Guest Connection: Everything we do is for the person sitting in the dining room. You should be obsessed with making their night.
