The company started USA operations with Yakiniku Futago in New York City in 2015, and currently operates three restaurants in NYC including 2 Yakiniku Futago and Soba Totto. FTG company operates 100+ locations in Japan and in Hong Kong, and looks to grow in the USA.
Soba Totto, located in Midtown East, is looking culinary talents (soba or ramen cook & dishwasher) for dinner shift position, and there is opportunity to grow within the company. our chef will train you and walk thru the steps.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years cooking Ramen/Soba
- 1+ years Dishwasher/Prep
- Team play
- Responsible, Flexible and Reliable
