We are a busy 24-hour bakery specializing in fresh desserts, cakes, cheesecakes, and drinks. We need someone who can handle customers with calmness, professionalism, and precision, while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sell desserts, drinks, and bakery items with enthusiasm and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service with strong English communication skills
- Follow company policies and management direction
- Keep the workspace organized and clean
- Assist in restocking and lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed
- Work well as part of a team
- Make specialized coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccinos etc..)
Requirements:
- Must speak native-level English
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 payroll with SSN required)
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or food service
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Team player who listens to management and takes initiative
- Two-week trial period before full hire
- Paid Training will be provided
