Requirements
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Resy/OpenTable/SevenRooms, XtraChef, QuickBooks, and Toast is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
About the Role
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Organizing large party reservations and private events, coordinating details such as menus, layouts, and guest needs with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Answering phones, emails, and website inquiries regarding reservations and general questions
• Managing office organization, maintenance schedules, and administrative systems
• Updating inventory, uploading invoices, and matching them to payments
• Reviewing payroll, clock-ins, tips, and employee documentation
• Receiving deliveries and signing invoices
• Supporting restaurant management with additional tasks as needed
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly rate: $21/hour
