We are looking for a reliable and motivated Prep / Line Cook to join our fast-casual Italian pasta restaurant for our new location.
The available schedule for this role is Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The position includes tasks such as:
Preparing sauces
Portioning and storing sauces and fresh pasta
Cooking pasta and mixing it with the sauces during service
Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked
The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Candidates with experience working with fresh pasta are preferred, and having a Food Protection Certificate is considered a strong plus.
