Positions: Bartender, Server, Runner, Host
Pay: Hourly + Tips (rate discussed during interview)
Bartender
Prepare and serve beverages with professionalism
Engage guests, manage tabs, and maintain the bar area
Restock inventory and ensure cleanliness
Qualifications:
Culture Fit: Energetic, personable, and polished
7–8+ years bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
Server
Deliver attentive service and maintain table standards
Take and deliver orders accurately; handle guest payments
Qualifications:
4–5 years front-of-house experience
Culture Fit: Guest-focused, professional, and team-oriented
Runner
Deliver food promptly and assist servers as needed
Clear tables and support smooth service operations
Qualifications:
2+ years runner or back-of-house experience
Culture Fit: Hardworking, cooperative, and reliable
Host
Greet and seat guests professionally
Manage reservations, answer phones, and assist with guest flow
Qualifications:
3–4 years hosting or front desk experience
Skills: Communication, multitasking, and customer service
