L’avion Café is where aviation whimsical charm meets first-class coffee. We serve handcrafted drinks, buttery pastries, and warm smiles—all from our flight deck on the Upper East Side. We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our crew. If you love coffee, care about people, and thrive in a fast-paced tight-knit team structure, we’d love to welcome you aboard.
🛠️ Your Goals -
• Take orders, ring up guests, and prep drinks like a pro
• Set up and break down stations, showcase pastries
• Craft top-notch espresso drinks with consistency and care
• Keep everything clean, tidy, and ready for takeoff
• Help with inventory (coffee, syrups, milks, etc.)
🎓 Skills -
• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
• Leadership vibes & a self-starter mindset
• Solid coffee know-how and basic latte art
• Warm, friendly energy and clear communication
• Weekend & holiday availability
• Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, ordering apps, scheduling tools
